"Space Whale"

Found in a gas giant in the Dovis system, these guys are whales but with sci-fi flavor so they come in mainly warm colors to blend with the gas giant stuff. They're a lot like the blue whale in that they're massive but they subsist on really tiny critters that they suck in through their mouths. Incredibly light, they have a tendency to float towards the surface when they're sleeping. Not sentient yet. Possibly another species that one probe in ST IV would check on to make sure they were doing okay.
Species traits include curiosity intermingled with a fair amount of timidity. They're not super aggressive. Would not understand a shuttlecraft exactly, but would probably term it as something like them but different. They would be bigger, but not by much.
The primary danger to a shuttle would be the slight electrical field they generate as they fly through the gases, which would short out external sensors.
Would probably have species boosts to Fitness, Insight, and Reason.
Quick stats for a basic member of their species. 
Discipline bonuses are +2 Conn (they fly), +1 Science (they almost get what's happening) +3 Security (in good shape), +1 Command (they hecking big).
