Asimi
Seraph Asimi (a.k.a. the Ever-Changing)
Asimi, child of the Red Queen and Seraph of Transformation, is said to have been created directly by the Red Queen. They are known as the formless, yet many-formed, believed to have an infinite potential and changeable nature. As seraph of transformation and change, they are seen as a herald of innovation, adaptation, and mutation that has - especially in recent times - spurred many to make leaps in technology and the sciences. The greatest effect their influence has can be seen in the Duchy of Trasnia where the city of Şeval , led in part by the Society of Immortal Visions has leapt forward rather quickly in their inventions following a number of discoveries.
Depiction
Depictions of Asimi often attempt to display their formless nature by depicting the upper torso and above as an androgynous figure with long flowing hair, sometimes holding a hand upward to cradle a moon. In many depictions Asimi’s lower torso and below become increasingly unformed and coalesce to display as though they are made of liquid or enveloped by it. In most cases, Asimi is displayed as silver or silvery in nature, reflecting the moon off their form. They are also depicted near or alongside pools or waterways due to their purported love of waterways and the sea.
History
The Claret Covenant teaches that Asimi is the child of the Red Queen, born by Her will and from Her blood. Asimi has always been both formless and many-formed, constantly evolving and growing. The dawn elves, much like they viewed their mother, believed Asimi to be nothing more than a monster. To the Trandrafians, they are just one more piece of evidence that proves the Red Queen’s divinity, and that she is capable of even creating life.
