  Description
Grimtol Keep holds the height of this world’s power. While the rest of the capital lives in filth and squalor, those residing in its center live extravagant lives. This all starts with the Keep itself. Its tall walls hold four stories, filled with living quarters, meeting halls, dining halls, baths, and anything else someone of the higher class thinks is a necessity. The castle’s walls are inscribed with stronger runes than those on the walls of Dungarstel itself, by the order of some members of the High Council. Below ground, there is a single floor for the servants, where hundreds fit into small rooms, sleeping restlessly on top of one another. Within the upper floors, all the members of the High Council, the symbol of Humanity's cooperation, reside, waited on for their every need.
I have never been inside myself, but I have heard many tales from within, as told mostly by former servants. Life within is busy for the nobles, but quite peaceful. The most they worry about is their food arriving later than expected, though it will always come. There are hired guards for almost every resident within, even though the keep itself is impregnable, and there has never been an intruder.
History
When the High Council was formed, their first act as a cooperative body was to construct a capital. Grimtol Keep was the first building made when constructing the capital, and the whole settlement was built around it. Once complete, the High Council took residence within, along with their families, guards, and servants.
