Archmage of destruction

The only true record of the day she was crowned as the Herald of Calamity is the scorched land at the border, where a clear line marks the boundary of the Lurian Magocracy. This line was forged using fire and ice, creating a vast area of destruction where the lingering magic continues to writhe within the land, purging all life and poisoning the soil. This display of power elevated the Herald of Calamity to the status of a revered demigod, now known as the Archmage of Destruction.

The followers of the archmage of destruction are given the ability to speak celestial and the eldritch invocation rising inferno

Once per long rest you can borrow some power given to you by the herald and send out 2 waves, one of fire the other of ice, and all creature within 30ft of you must succeed a dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 fire damage and 1d6 cold damage, the DC is equal to your spell casting DC.

Patron contract type

The Herald of Calamity rarely contacts her warlocks. However, when the need arises, she will assign them a mission, either to find something specific or to clear an area in search of artifacts. These missions are rare and are entrusted only to those whom the Herald trusts the most.
