The Siphon
The Siphon is an extreme rarity in the world, as they have a unique genetic mutation that allows them to steal power from not one, but all of the secret powers of Cairne. While there are never able to be as powerful as one who has directly accepted a pact with one of the powers, the ability to utilize all of the powers available to some degree without the price demanded more than makes up for it with its freedom and versatility.
The Siphon is in ever present danger due to this ability, as these slights are not taken lightly by any of the powers, and there is a chance that they could be discovered for using them by either the powers themselves, or an agent of said power. A Siphon will never be offered a pact if discovered, as their abilities by sheer nature alone are a threat to the absolute control the power maintain over their respective domains.

Qualifications
Since this is a genetic aberration, it is merely a matter of birth and environment that causes this. While it is extremely rare, and not all Siphons fully pursue their power, they are always changed by it on some level.
