The Boiler

This is a secret location deep beneath Culvarkti, where Victor Vhank maintains the League of Steam. Here there are numerous holding cells, interrogation chambers, and a small arsenal of tools and weapons used in clandestine operations. Victor, Dredge, and Joseph are the only ones beyond the League itself who know where and how to access the doors that lead to here from the surface. A complex series of small tunnels branch out from this location to every other peak in the empire, as well as to the Hiverstaedian settlements nearby, and a number of escape tunnels that lead outside and deeper into the rock.
