The Black Dreamer

One could argue that perception is reality for the individual, and that no universal concept of reality actually exists. While the philosophers can argue these points endlessly, the Black Dreamer pushes that envelope freely, altering the perceptions of their targets so completely, that they cease to believe anything else while under the influence of these devious Mentalists. By plunging their opponents into a reality of their own choosing, the Black Dreamer can add to or exclude anything from the individuals sensory perceptions, and with this ability even cause the target to come to harm under the effects of what they believe to be before them.
