The skies of Cairne are no longer empty, but have instead become the express realms of trade, piracy, and warfare. Within this realm the airship is the king of all of these endeavors, and the Technologists that pilot them are never chosen lightly. Masters of command and navigation, as well as aerial maneuvering, these individuals must be aware at all times of the skies around them, and this awareness is what keeps their purpose, be it trade, military, or something more illicit, aloft in the skies.
