Underwater City

A true marvel of gravity-defying architecture, the underwater city of Haulani is a sight seen by precious few mouth-breathers. Castles made of literal sand, coral, and other underwater resources glitter even though it is far from the reach of the sun above the waves. Instead, it is lit from within by bioluminescent plankton that makes it appear in a constant state of near-twilight. Though there are many ways of breathing underwater, only true aquatic creatures are welcome in the city.
