Fences are merchants specialized in dealing with thieves and brigands. Their trade includes stolen and illegal goods. A good fence is basically someone who will buy anything without asking too much questions and know where to sell back the goods.
The Fence counts the following skills as career skills: Charm, Cool, Discipline, Knowledge (Geography), Deception, Negotiation, Streetwise, and Vigilance.
Before spending experience during character creation, a Fence may choose four of their career skills and gain one rank in each of them.
