Eruldar (Elves)

Elves mature at the same rate as humans, but live to be around 1,000, though this number is dwindling. The Elven population is roughly 1/200th of the Human population. 1-to-200, Elf-to-Human. Pre-Ruining, 1/100th of Human Population, 1-to-100, Elf to Human. Only young Elves are fertile, and they only have around 1-2 offspring, compared to the human's 1-8. Nearly 1/4 at max. Though, because Elves become infertile once they reach around 100, many Elves pass up the opportunity to bear children by accident, thus drastically reducing the population growth.
2 Brawn, 3 Agility, 2 Intellect, 2 Cunning, 2 Willpower, 2 Presence.
Wound Threshold: 10 + Brawn
Strain Threshold: 8 + Willpower
Starting XP: 70
Fading of the Firstborn: Add h to all Willpower-based checks.
Elven Grace: No penalty for moving through difficult terrain.
Keen Eyes: Eruldar see twice as far as other races, and when making skill checks remove up to b from Darkness.
Special Abilities: 1 rank in Knowledge (Lore). Can't go above 2 at character creation.
Doom of Mandos: Once per session, when a Noldor character makes a skill check, the GM may spend a Story Point to add d to the check.
Beauty of the High Eruldar: Noldor decrease the difficulty of all Charm, Negotiation, and Leadership checks by 1.
Light of of the West: Noldor can see and interact with the Veil, dealing full damage to enemies with the Wight or Wraith quality. When beginning an encounter with a creature of evil, Noldor can force them to make a Hard (ddd) Fear check as an incidental.
Knowledge of the Noldor: Noldor add b to all Crafting and Knowledge (Lore) checks.
Special Abilities: 1 Rank in Operating. You still cannot train their Operating above rank 2 during character creation.
Grey Elven Lords: Sindarin Eruldar add b to all Leadership checks.
Special Abilities: 1 rank in Perception. Can't go above 2 at character creation.
