Character Plot: Malak

Malak is struggling, especially after his chat with Entropy. Ever since he left Khador and fell in with this group, things have gone sideways. Part of him wants to just cut ties and head out on his own, but he would be abandoning Sy, the only person he could remotely call a friend and rely on.

Another part of him is tempted to turn in the group for the bounty and win favor with the WoD, but again he would have to betray Sy or convince them to ditch the group and join him. Malak isn't happy that two infernals have their claws in everyone here but himself. Nothing good comes to those that bind themselves to such beings.

Destruction and chaos follows closely behind their forked tongues. AND we're carrying around a fucking dragon. How can we possibly be covert and fly under the radar with a wyrmling fliting about?! There are two things that are certain in Caen; the first is death. The second is, Dragons corrupt everything around them - the land, the air, the beasts and the people. Kevin isn't going to get easier to conceal and as he grows, so will his presence and influence.

The last part thinks that as reckless and foolish as the group is, they haven't died yet. Well most of them haven't. He's a bit miffed that the WoD is sending someone "closer to our skill level" to bring us in. Right now this is at the forefront of his mind. He knows it was a slap back after refusing the offer to join WoD. Possibly an attempt to goad him into doing something foolhardy or reckless. This would make him smile.... maybe this ragtag group of misfits is exactly where he is supposed to be.
