The Pained Cohort is her cult, a ruthless inquisition-like organization that spreads her doctrine of conquest through pain and fear. Members are highly disciplined and carry out torturous ceremonies as acts of devotion, viewing pain as both a tool and a sacrament. A strict and hierarchical cult operating as a brutal inquisition, enforcing Yrdriss’s will through fear, conquest, and torture. The Pained Cohort is lead by sadistic leader known as Torture Inquisitor, a figure of terrifying authority who oversees the cult’s operations and orchestrates brutal rituals in Yrdriss’s name.
