The Cael Calendar

The Cael Calendar is the calendar used across Caelwhyn. It is split into twelve even months of 28 days each, or four weeks. As Caelwhyn does not have timezones, each part of the world experiences the seasons at the same time. As such, months are named to reflect that particular time of year. There are seven days in a week that have the following names - Moonsday, Tidesday, Windsday, Thornsday, Fireday, Solarday and Saintsday.

Months of the Year

The new year is marked as the day after the Winter Solestice, which is the final day of deepwinter. Therefore, the first day of the year is 1 Firstlight.
