Al'ethera comes from a mixed half-elf, half-orc background. Her parents were lost at sea at an early age. She and her sister, El'zora were taken in by the priesthood of Melora. She feels a deep debt to the priests that raised her and her sister. The priesthood was never in her future, however, as she had a rather keen knack for getting into trouble.
