Appointment
Existing Triumvirate: There are two options for appointment:
- A council of scholars and current/retired Triumvirates evaluates candidates and selects the most qualified individual.
- The existing Triumvirate deliberates and chooses a successor, ensuring a smooth transition.
Duties
- Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for the Triumvirate and Ashya as a whole.
- Decision-Making: Lead the Triumvirate in making critical decisions for the nation based on logic, reason, and evidence.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that promote the well-being and advancement of Ashya.
- Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve disputes between different factions within Ashya using logic and reason.
- Representation: Represent Ashya in diplomatic relations with other cultures.
Responsibilities
- Upholding Trivium Philosophy: Ensure the Trivium's core principles of reason, knowledge, and logic guide all aspects of Ashyan society.
- Maintaining Public Trust: Act in the best interests of the people and maintain public trust in the Triumvirate's leadership.
- Promoting Innovation and Progress: Foster a culture of intellectual inquiry and encourage advancements in science, technology, and social structures.
- Safeguarding Ashya: Protect Ashya from internal and external threats through strategic planning and diplomacy.

- Logic Tablet: A handheld tablet or similar device is used to access information, analyze data, and make logical calculations.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
- Vote of No Confidence: If the Triumvirate loses the public's trust or fails to fulfill their duties effectively, a public vote of no confidence can be held. If the vote passes, the Triumvirate is removed from office.
- Mental Incapacity: If a Triumvirate member suffers a decline in mental faculties that hinders their ability to lead, they may be removed after a medical evaluation.
- Resignation: A Triumvirate member can choose to resign if they are no longer able or willing to serve.
