History

They were founded to take weight of of Bumia's military. They were originally seen as an offshoot of the military before few remember this. The idea was for the military to focus on external threats and Peace Enforces focus on internal threats.
This worked well in the beginning but as time went on things change, especially as more and more Humans were corrupted by Gloombringers internal threats became more numerous.
Unfortuntely, some Peace Enforcers are on the payroll of those on the other side of the law. This covers most of the Peace Enforcers in Kigo.
