Ameri, Goddess of Affection (ɒmiɹi, am-ear-ye)
Ameri is often known as the goddess of love and affection, though her portfolio is far broader than that. She is the goddess of social connections, friendships, and family.
In Altarian, Ameri is seen by most as a matchmaker god, a god of family, and a god of young love, but her clerics and followers are trained. in far more. Many are trained diplomats, skilled linguists, and can fit in in any place in society. Their aim is to be helpful and to help others make connections and relationships - be they relationships between two people in love or diplomatic relationships between two countries.
Divine Goals
Ameri wants no one to be alone. In her eyes, social connection bind us, ground us, and make us stronger. This strength and happiness leads to better and more fulfilled lives which leads to stronger societies that make their own political connections.
