Venti feline

Venti Felines, or wind cats, are felines from the Elemental Plane of Air. They have both a solid and insubstantial form, and can seemingly blink out of existence to appear elsewhere.

Their wind-like form has small and subtle noises that it makes, including the sound of gentle breezes and purring when they are happy, to the sound of violent windstorms when they are upset.
