Shiny Falls

Location yet exactly to define.
From the way signpost on top of the peak at the exit/entrance of the WELL?? they read that they are 100 miles from Loudwater at a place Andor deeps and Shiny falls
To the west, there are alps and meadows, and after that vast woods, mostly pine with some deciduous trees scattered in between. (likely the high forest.) To the east large mountain peaks (likely the Greypeak Mountains)

This town appears to be the hometown of Caley's father.  While visiting Caley seems to want to go out of her way to visit anything referencing her father.

The only inn in this place is the Bobbing Barrels
at the edge of the village, there is a large granite tower built by the dwarven Lyricos Stoneshoulder  this seems to be inhabited by the Wizard Deogol Fengroth
