Basic Information
Anatomy
In their natural state, the Netheri have the general shape of humans, but their features are less defined and they seem to be made mostly out of energy, except for an outer layer that looks very much like opalescent skin.
Biological Traits
Very little is known about how the Netheri actually work. Certainly no mortal has ever had one in his or her grasp to study. The Netheri themselves just accept that they exist and that they continue to do so; they don't have much curiosity about themselves, only about other things in the Universe.
Genetics and Reproduction
A Netheri reproduces by connecting energy with its partner. One of the pair ends up carrying the offspring for a relatively short period of gestation. The baby that is born is wholly mortal. Each pair can only have a limited number of offspring, despite their long lives.
Growth Rate & Stages
The Netheri start as miniature humanoids and grow larger as they learn and gain power. Their size is based on their mental growth rather than growth by time and consumption of food.
Ecology and Habitats
The Netheri, being made of solid matter, can't live in the Aether without help, so they live in a realm created just for them: the Nether.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The Gods do not eat or drink in their natural form.
Biological Cycle
Once they achieve their full size, they don't change much. So, apart from growth, they don't have any other stages or cycles to go through.

Social Structure
The Netheri are all considered equals, one to another. Each one is considered the Master of his/her domain, but no domain is considered above or below another. A Netheri has the last word of any issue that falls under his/her domain. They are a fairly close group since there are only sixteen of them.

Uses, Products & Exploitation
In general they are considered the benefactors, and judges, of mortals. Both divine blessings and divine punishments come from them. Most of them have domains that directly effect humans, except perhaps the Goddess of the Moon and the Sun.
Facial characteristics
In their natural form the Netheri have very smooth faces, with very small noses and narrow lips. Their eyes are glowing ovals.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Normally they're only found in the Nether, but in extreme cases they've been seen in the mortal realms.
Average Intelligence
High. The Netheri have almost perfect memory. But they are not omniscient or omnipotent. They have to learn, but their advanced understanding of the universe around them makes them among the most intelligent and knowledgeable entities in the universe.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Netheri have very keen vision, and can see traces of the energy that things emanate. They also have excellent hearing.
Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
Biologically they have no symbiotic or parasitic relationships with other entities.

Common Taboos
Acting to harm another God is the largest taboo. Other Taboos are as follows:
- Usurping the duties of another God
- Destroying anything created by another God
- Speaking to mortals in the guise of another God.
- Poking holes in the Veil needlessly.

Generally the Netheri look tall and thin, having a basic humanoid shape without many extra features, including primary or secondary sexual characteristics.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Most of a Netheri's body is made of energy. Inside a thin, humanoid shell, is a myriad of colors and patterns. These colors and patterns are unique to each Netheri.
