Dirac is the king of Estregales in Cambria and a legate of the Supreme Collegium.
He was crowned king after his father King Canan of Estregales was assassinated in 494. He was originally considered a suspect in his father's death.
He is currently allied with the High King of Ireland and his vassal King Branvarn of Cardigan in a war against his father's former vassal King Nanteleod of Escavalon.
