The White Ball

The White Ball is an event that takes place on The Moon. It is not organised by anyone but isntead simply appears. Many of the great Archfey of The Moon are invited and rejecting such an invitation can have dangerous consequences. Rarerly mortals are also invited. If they accept they will be bathed in white light when they slumber and awake at the ball fully dressed.
At the ball those in attendence have a modicum of self controll but as the evening progresses slowly attendents will start dancing in the middle of the ballroom without the intent to do so. At the end of the evening all in attandance are controlled by this dance and experience an 'impossible bliss'.
Some human attandents after expering this phenomena starte to worship this event and to there suprise they recieved its blessings. In exchange followers can be called upon to to service the guests when The White Ball takes place. It is said that worshiping The White Ball invites it to take over your mind and that its followers are nothing more than thralls. To this date not a single follower has disagreed with this theory.
