The Imperial Paledius Academy

After the death of the first Tragodian Emperor his son and succesor declared the construction of a grand academy in his honor. This building with magnificent architeture was quickly staffed with many exemplars seeking the favour of the new emperor. This proved wise as indeed for as long as the Tragodian Emperors reigned they held meetings and conversations with minds from the Academy as well as asked there council often apointing official advisors based on the expertise they showed at the Academy. In the Solstrum principality this tradition was followed inconsistantly by emperors of old but Emperor Eltnam Cordullius has let shine through his intention of seeking advice from the Academy's greatest mind causing a renewed contest to gain his favour through personal acomplishments.
The Imperial Paledius Academy knows two main avenues of study. The first is the many young nobles that will go to the Academy for an exstensive education in all that is required of nobility whilst making conections and becoming acquinted with the culture of the distinct noble houses first hand. The second consists of those who wish to truly stand out as exemplars. That attempt to gain favour in high society through only the greatest of acedemic or phylisophical achievements. Once a year in the month of Jol on the 14th, most of these findings are presented and those who stand out in this fierce competition often earn quite some recognition.
