Suli
Suli are the direct children of humans and genies carrying the curses of both worlds.
Suli appear generally human but are born with a magical tattoo that binds them to there fate. Suli become fully grown at the age of 6 but take a couple years to mentally mature. After this they will not age and look the exact same till the day the die. How old they look can change drastically per individual Suli but they look that way from 10 til 1000, although they will eventually feel the strain of age. They are all fated to die of old age when they turn exactly 1000 years old. At this moment they simply turn to dust and cease to exist. They do not get an afterlife and simply refuse to exist.
Suli have an innate desire to grant wishes. This isn't exceptionally strong but if they hear a wish its something gnawing at them in the back of there mind. In addition to this every time they grant a wish there tattoo grows a little bit larger and they grow a tiny bit stronger.
In general Suli have very complicated feelings about there nature. Its hard to deal with the fact that you only innately want to do something due to your race. Its especially hard to deal with when people wish for things in your presence, you know there trying to take advantage of you, and still in the back of your head you kinda want to grant there wish.
They also always inadvertently have to burry there own human parent due to age and outlive most even the other long living races. All the while most Genie parents care little for there children if at all. Because of all this Suli mostly become drifters without much purpose.
Suli can have children but those children are never Suli.
Mechanics
Instead of their listed age Suli reach adulthood at 10, become middle aged at 500 old at 700, venerable at 850 and die of old age exactly at 1000 years old.
