Pruskibalevor

Pruskibalevor is the "Capital" of Ygorgi. It is not a stationary city due to the threat of Miniskur Bara but instead a very large nomadic tribe. It sends out scouts and messengers out semi regularly to update there allies on any updates in there travel path but for the untraveled finding them can still prove troublesome. 
This 'city' is know for its very welcoming and friendly populace. Its also a place where a lot of 'occult' wisdom is gathered. Because of this sometimes the sick with ailments unexplainable by conventual magic travel to Pruskibalevor in hopes of finding a cure. Although mage nor cleric nor alchemist has found any basis for there ancient rituals and cures there are countless testimonials of them achieving the seemingly impossible.
