Planes of the great beyond

This article provides links to all planes as well as a brief summary of them. Most planes are planets within the same solar system with the exception of the afterlife planes and the astral plane. Thus it is possible to for example go from the Elemental plane of fire to the Material plane without magic by simply traveling trough the void of space. The only creatures known capable of doing this are certain abberations.  The afterlife plains are also part of the same blackness of space however they are an unimaginable distance away and thus not realistically reachable without the aid of magic
