As a man Hundi grew up poor and dishevelled. Another abandoned casualty of the demonic invasion. Scrounging to survive he eventually took to killing lesser demons and eating demonic flesh for sustenance. He eventually managed to find a demonic portal that connected him with the other planes and saw great potential in the Maelstorm. Harvesting his pure energy he quickly grew in power. Eventually succumbing to the temptation and entering the Maelstrom gaining unfathomable power. The portal however had closed behind him and he could not return. Wanting to use his great power he made a wish to Der Vermittler who would grant him the ability for his power to reach every soul in existence. In exchange Der Vermittler made it so Hundi can indeed reach every soul, but only have a minimal amount of influence on the. Even if he gave it his all Hundi could only be a minor inconvenience to mortals. This made him furious and instilled in him an obsession to do everything in his power to ruin others life. If he could not use his power however he pleased no one else should be allowed joy.
