Omega File
There's forbidden, and then there's forbidden
A lot of worlds are dangerous, but most typically, the danger is limited to explorers. A few are considered dangerous to Baseline, and those go into the Omega File, a list of encrypted frequencies that is part of the systems overseeing the world's collection of Breach Shields. If a shield reports this frequency, an order is sent to the most appropriate group to deal with it, sparing no resources and with nearly total carte-blanche to ignore any legal limits. (Though their actions will be scrutinized by a multinational star chamber empowered to mete out punishment if said actions somehow exceed even the extreme measures permitted by necessity.)
Purpose
To list, in as secure a fashion as possible, the breach frequencies of worlds whose dangers can be carried back to Baseline and which cannot be easily contained or controlled once here.
