Effect
You reach up into the sky, and call for the power of the Sky Emerald. During the day, you shoot flames from your hands, inflicting fire damage. At night, you cast a freezing beam of moonlight, inflicting cold damage. Each creature standing in the line of effect has to make a Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failed save, the target suffers 3d6 points of damage, or half the damage on a successful save. Flammable objects affected by fire damage and not worn or carried are ignited by the spell.
At Higher Level. You can cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher. For each level above the 1st, the inflicted damage increases by 1d6. GM Info. While the spell was developed by inhabitants of Ashandri, it works on other worlds, too - as long as there is an equivalent of a sun and a moon.
