Voice Cannon

It allows the user to fire powerful blasts of concentrated sound waves by producing loud vocal sounds, including but not limited to shouts, roars, howls and snarls. Those blasts are very powerful, capable of creating small craters and atomizing weaker targets.
However, a notable weakness is that to use this skill, the user must be physically capable of vocalizing; injuries and other physical conditions that prevent vocalization render this power unusable.
