Spatial Transfer

It allows the user to transfer with a notably shorter activation time than most other teleportation and without a need for portals. The only requirement is an "Image" of the current location and the destination. Without any calculations, the user can only go to places they have been to before or within the range of their senses like sight or mana perception. However if complex calculations are performed, even teleportation across dimensions is achievable.
A notable flaw is that, because the user still has to connect two points in space together in order to perform Spatial Transfer.
