Hypnosis

The Vrykir can target a humanoid creature and move its hands while looking at in to create a hypnotic effect. They can then give a command or ask something of that creature and the creature will obey.
This power can be easily resist by any protection.
This power cannot make the target put themselves in danger or hurt themselves in anyway,
