Casting this spell on the ground will cause pieces of the ground to shoot up and float up.
The caster can lunch them towards a creature or space of their choice dealing 1d20+5 blunt damage as a bonus action. It can be done as a free action when they first use this spell but cannot be used as a bonus action on that turn.
At the cost of an action the caster can also break the rocks into shards and cause them all to rain down.
