Skaven

A race somewhere in between a were rat and actual rats they are somehow retarded and intelligent at the same time they can solve problems quick easily and are quick good at making things out of garage but at the same time are horrible at making things from raw materials. They live in settlements dug out underneath large city's most of these are connected through crappy tunnels that keep caving in they have a sort of society where the biggest strongest bastard is in charge.

A player Skaven is breaking away from the clan wanting to explore the surface and trying to understand why every one isn't making things out of garage

+2 Dex and +1 Con Night vision 60ft and speed of 35 with a climb and digging speed of 10ft they are small size

They also get a bite attack doing 1d6 Peircing damage and resistance to poison

At level one they get trash crafting: can make weapons out of garage and add an extra 1d4 per ever other level.

At level 6 trash protection: Can add garage to armor to add +1 AC to the armor but slow movement by 10ft

At level 15 Nest of Creation: Can create a Nest a burrow and inside the Skaven can create cannons and bastilla out of garage needing 50 pounds of scrap metal it takes 12 hours to create and only one can be used at a time un tell the one in uses destoryed these weapons make you role with disadvantage since its made of garage.
