Terms included discounted food, and full control over the land, but kenouveekove took responsibility for the maintenance of the massive tunnels that connect Aderetrrara, and Rofunoukror.
Farmers control the government, completely, in fact, they are the government. the nation of Rofeetrarruv is largely devoid of cities, accept for ports on the coast for shipping food around the world. Most of the country is farm land, or nature preserves due to the importance of food. This has also lead to two tiers of citzens, those who own farms, and those who do not, leading to something akin to feudal Europe without the military.
