While traveling incognito on a Karji Airship, in hopes of searching for a legendary feather, Thelisus is discovered to be a mage. He is surrounded by Docents and barely escapes by jumping off the ship. He lands in the Blush Islands, where he meets Ennui, he travels and studies magic for several years before continuing on to the Drippity Coast.
