Zivet (zee-vet)

An extremely potent alcohol used by Eladrin in the Feywild. It is brewed from castor beans. It is poisonous to all non-elves and even Eladrin need to undergo training to be able to drink it without getting sick.

Manufacturing process

Brewed from Castor Beans. Only a very select few distillers have the knowledge of how to brew Zivet properly.

Significance

It is drank by the highest nobles in the Fey Courts, including the Summer Queen and Winter Queen. It is said consuming Zivet keeps them more connected with the majesty, the mystery, and the incomprehensibly twisted logic of the Feywild. 
It is also used in a ritual called The Sidelitev, which Eladrin nobles change their associated season.
