River Milax

The River Milax is an interplanar, continuous stream of motion of unknowable length. Sometimes it consists of water, sometimes of air, sometimes just energy. It moves between planes of existence, with thousands of tributaries branching off. Parts have been mapped, but only fragments- never its entirety.
