Elder Evils are generally attributed to the Far Realms , though the lack of laws of physics makes it difficult to describe the relationship in terms that make sense to a sane mind.

-Takes many forms, but one appears to be a wolf’s body with an empty blankness for a face

-Sasa causes creatures to become allergic to the laws of geometry that govern the material plane. One might, for example become obsessed with triangles or (like above) a spiral- creating the shape everywhere they can, even carving their own body into looking like it.
