Army of the Republic of Farette

The Army of the Republic of Farette is the standing military in the city of Farette. In a city plagued by vicious partisan politics, the Army of the Republic had been established as an independent body not subject to the command of political leaders. However, at various times over the course of the city's history, a partisan was installed as the commander. This led to a policy of only Dragonborn commanders.

The army has had 19 commanders, the last one Surina Troth, having died during the Fifth Farette-Menona War.
