Declan Griffin (a.k.a. Brick)

The current leader of Maelstrom is brutal when he needs to, but he'd rather throw a big party than go on a murder spree given the option. This has led the gang to be more prosperous than under some of its previous bosses, but there are those who has seen it as a weakness. Most of those questioning Brick like that have had their skulls cracked by Brick's cyberarm.

It would be a mistake to think Brick lacks ambition. Ever since he got started in the gang, he's had lofty goals for both himself and all of Maelstrom, and he's looking to acquire ever more resources to achieve those dreams. All he needs is a way to get to other gangs or even corps without too much retaliation. Maybe this determination towards the end goal in combination with a desire to enjoy life is how he keeps Cyberpsychosis away better than most of his peers.
