Overview:

Build on a great hill overlooking a lake, this tiered city, is no stranger to defending itself from the dangers of the north and its tall walls are a testament to the security it brings to the region. Laws are strict and the guards are well trained. It is a surviving city from the Dragonwar and as such has massive sewer systems (build by kobold freescales, slaves and some dwarven slaves) and a massive gladiatorial arena still used for biweekly events. It is the cultural and economic heart of the Dukedom with many heroic bardic colleges, brewers and farms all throughout. Many fortresses line the region, statements to the danger prior to the founding of the White Marches to it's north and the protection it gave to this county.
