Flowstone

This is not a normal rock. It is restless, without permanence or solidity. It will creep over you and petrify your form if you stand in its way.

Flowstone is an unusual type of stone, acting more like an extremely viscous liquid than actual rock. It slowly creeps across the landscape like a cold lava flow, mindlessly flowing through gullies and trenches, through caves and caverns.
Some Flowstone formations take on a humanoid form, shambling around with the glacial slowness and unstoppable inevitability of tectonic drift. It is believed that this is the result of a Soul possessing the fluid stone and becoming Kolossi.
