Tahara Margravate
The North-Eastern most part of Tivel, the Marche serves as the Shield from many harmful external forces. Due to this, they rarely delve into petty state politics unless their hand is forced. They also maintain a wide network of underground tunnels in their territory, some of which lead as far as Val.
The government is lead by a hereditary Margraf. While most people of Tivel admire the people of Taharans, they do have a repuation for being off putting and enigmatic.
