Principality of Manacia
The martial skills are most important in this region, with the Princes of this state being raised in all manners of war. That being said, they are a common antagonizer of Tivel's conflicts. This has helped them build their economy and land size, being the largest administrative region in all of Tivel.
Structure
They are ruled by a Prince who's power is derived from strength. The position is hereditary, but goes to whichever of the current's Prince's sons (or daughters). After power has been inherited, it is not uncommon for the other siblings to go missing or dead.
Public Agenda
They have a historic claim on the High King's throne and claim to be the de jure king of Tivel. Real power obviousily lies with whomever is the actual High King.
