Feziur is a powerful Archdevil whose power comes from carefully worded contracts. A kind of lawyer, Feziur likes to ensare mortals in contracts whereby the verything the are attempting to accomplish is made nearly impossible to complete through addendums, and fine print. Feziur even has contracts with many powreful devils and even some demons, and so a careful peitioner maybe able to get quite alot of power if they are sure they are able to pay the cost.
