Ethereal Plane

The Ethereal Plane is mysterious place out of phase with the Material Plane and fills the space between the inner planes of the Material Plane, and the Twilight Planes of Dawnlands and the Dusklands. It is the home of ghost where one can look into the material world, but cannot interact without the influence of magics.
