Captain
Captain is a title given to the commander of a ship or a company of soldiers. In the naval sense captain is both military and civilian title used by anyone in command of a vessal. In naval hierarchy a Captain is usually above a commander, and below a Commodore, however no matter the official rank whoever is in command of a ship is called Captain.
In military sense a captain is a company officer in command of 50 to 300 soldiers. Generally is used by leaders of mercenary bands or as the title given to guard officers for example Captain of the Watch.
