Yok
Yok is a demonic entity of the Outer Darkness, known by many of the races of the south. He is considered a demon to all but the most degenerate cultists who worship this foul being as a god. In form he resembles a bloated shape that is a parody of a corpulent thing, part ape, part human, part toad. Yok is ever-hungry and desires human flesh above all other things.
He dwells in a deep cavernous realm beneath the earth and many deep tunnels lead travellers unwittingly into his clutches. His children are smaller copies of himself but they do not venture above ground.
His dark power is to touch the minds of humans with madness, to infect them with the insatiable hunger for human flesh that he himself feels. Individuals may go mad and tear at their neighbours, or feast upon the recently dead. More dangerous though are the debased cults that spring up in Yok's name to hunt, capture, slay and devour their prey.
